That is always the hope, I suppose. Although so long as one's cause is just I cannot imagine any enemy prevailing.

I would like to think so, but perhaps I have too much imagination. Our Enemy's numbers are far greater than ours and must not be underestimated.

But we are steadfast and have our own strength, which I think will not falter. Even so, it is never an easy thing to order men to go to battle, the more so when I cannot go with them myself.
